Can we run it on a computer with no internet and show that nothing left?

Yes. Install from a USB bundle (installer, model files, statute packs), activate with a voucher and a short code typed from a phone, and work with the cable out. A guard inside the program refuses any connection not on a four-item list; the log records every model call on the machine.

    Black out third-party personal data in the released copies, item by item, with a verified PDF at the end.

  2. A 300-page file to brief the director

    A summary in the file’s language, with figures missing from the original flagged. Exact figures come from cited answers.

  3. The audit asks what the tool sent

    The exported log: model, time, a fingerprint of the input, never the text. The network list: four channels, each with its last contact.

Does the EU AI Act apply?

Vult1 is a document-preparation tool used by a person who checks and confirms every result, and every model call is logged per matter on your computer. A memo by counsel on the AI Act is in preparation; we will publish its conclusion, whatever it says.
