Treat them like a fast junior’s draft. Each answer cites a page and the app flags figures it cannot find in that page, but in our test on 40 questions about 1 answer in 8 was wrong. Open the cited page every time.

They are computed by code with the national rules and holiday tables of DE, FR, BE, NL and LU, and every step is shown. The rule tables have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Verify every date; nothing is saved until you confirm.

French, Dutch, German and English for questions, summaries and translation into English; English or French into German. Dictation: French, English and German. The interface is in all four.

No. There is no case law inside; the app links out to the official portals. Statute search covers French, Luxembourg and Dutch law; German statutes are held until a copyright question is answered.

You are, as the professional who relies on it. The app shows every step and saves nothing until you confirm the date. The rule tables have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; this sentence goes when they have. The terms of sale, written by counsel, will set out our liability.

The beta runs Gemma 4 (Google, Apache-2.0) on your computer, unchanged by us; the footer lists every model and its licence. If we ship a fine-tuned version, the evaluation page will say so and show its results next to the base model, weak spots included.

No. The models run on your computer. The only traffic is four small channels listed on the Offline and security page, each switchable in Settings.

Yes. The status line counts bytes sent today; Settings shows each channel with its last contact; the log of model calls can be exported.

No. We make no such claim. We publish the network list, the measured limits and the model licences instead.

Vult1 is a document-preparation tool used by a person who checks and confirms every result, and every model call is logged per matter on your computer. A memo by counsel on the AI Act is in preparation; we will publish its conclusion, whatever it says.

A Mac with Apple silicon, or a 64-bit Windows 11 PC, with 16 GB of memory for all features. A graphics chip helps with scans and photos. Speed on Windows laptops without one is not measured yet.

By e-mail as a key you paste, or on a USB stick as a voucher that becomes an activation code typed from a phone. Each seat runs on one computer at a time and can move up to three times a month.

Yes, with staff seats: documents in, black out, records sheet, summaries, translation, templates, dictation. Cited answers, deadlines and the statute index are for full seats.

On this computer: model files in the app data folder, matters in their own folders. Uninstalling lists everything and removes the models on request.

The beta installers are not signed yet, which triggers reputation warnings. Compare the SHA-256 checksum shown on the download page with the file: if it matches, the file is ours. Signed installers are planned for the first release after the beta.

Your matters are files on your own disk and can be exported at any time. A paid licence keeps working for 30 days after its last check, and an offline licence file for up to 365 days.

Prices can change. We announce any change by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
