Vult1 prepares the case file on the laptop in front of you: it blacks out personal data, finds the deadlines, sums up the long pieces and answers with the page it took the answer from. No cloud, no IT department.

Yes on both. The model is a file on your disk; documents, questions and answers never leave the computer. A Mac with Apple silicon or a Windows 11 PC with 16 GB of memory runs every feature.

A formal notice arrives
Drop it on the matter. Vult1 reads it, finds the trigger date and the rule, and proposes the deadline with its working. You press “Looks right” and export it to your calendar.
The other side asks for the file
Black out the client’s identity data and bank details in the copies. Each item is shown for your decision; the new PDF is read again to prove the text is gone.
A 24-page lease, one question
Ask “what is the notice period?” in French. The answer quotes the clause and page, or says “not in the file”. You open the page before you rely on it.
The chronology for the brief
The records sheet lists every document with its date and parties; the chronology comes out as a Word table.

No case-law database; the app links out to the official portals. No brief drafting from scratch. Speed on Windows laptops without a graphics chip is not measured yet.

Belgium (OVB and OBFG), the Netherlands (NOvA, recommendations on AI in legal practice, 2025) and France (CNB guide on ethics and AI, March 2026) have also published guidance on keeping client data out of AI services. Read your own bar’s text: we do not paraphrase it here.
No bar has approved or certified Vult1, and we do not claim it. We point to the guidance so you can check for yourself that a tool with nothing leaving the computer meets it by construction.
Why cited, not clever
Courts have rebuked lawyers for citations invented by AI; the Kammergericht Berlin did so on 20 November 2025 (17 WF 144/25). Vult1 answers only from your file, names the page, and says “not in the file” when it is not. It has no case-law database.

- Vult1 does not have it; it prepares the file, it does not research the law.
