Terms of sale
The terms of sale for Vult1 licences, in four languages, are being drafted with counsel.
This document is being prepared with counsel and will be published here before buying opens. Until then the beta is offered for testing, free, for 15 days.
Already decided
Counsel writes the binding text. These points are decided and will not be contradicted by it:
- Seller: YET ANOTHER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE COMPANY, 15 Avenue Dr Klein, L-5630 Mondorf-les-Bains, Luxembourg, RCS B292637, VAT LU36410809.
- The trial lasts 15 days, has every feature and needs no card. The 15 days start when you press Start in the app.
- Prices are per seat, net of VAT, as published on the pricing page. Any price change is announced by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies.
- You can cancel at any time and keep the paid period. There is no refund after a purchase beyond what the law requires.

Nothing here is a contractual promise until counsel’s text is published.
