Contracts, statements, letters from the administration: Vult1 reads them on your computer, builds the records sheet, finds the figures with their page, and translates what the client cannot read.
The worry: Client data in a cloud tool, and one more subscription on top of the suite. The files never leave your machines, and the price list has no quotas and no metering. Vult1 does not do bookkeeping; it prepares the pile.
The question you are probably asking
Can it pull the amounts and dates out of a pile of PDFs and keep everything on our machines?
Yes. Drop the folder on a matter; the records sheet lists every document with its date, type and parties, and a question such as “what is the total claimed?” is answered with the figure and the page it appears on. Everything is written on your computer; the status line counts what left: 0 bytes.

Translate the letter, or sum it up in French. Figures missing from the original are flagged.

The date is computed with the national rules and shown with its working. You confirm.

Not yet, so you know
Vult1 does not do bookkeeping and does not replace your accounting software. It reads, finds and prepares. Handwriting is not supported.
Questions from accountants
- We already have DATEV, Exact, Sage or Silverfin.
- Keep them. Vult1 reads the pile before it reaches your suite: it lists, dates, finds the figures with their page, and blacks out what should not travel. It writes Excel and Word, nothing else.
- Client bank statements and IBANs
- They stay on your PC. Redaction removes account numbers from copies before they go out, and the redacted PDF is read again to check. Limit: IBAN redaction was measured on 5 test documents, not yet on real statements.
