What is already true

  • This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.
  • The app sends no document content to anyone. The four network channels are listed on the Offline and security page.
  • The trial stores your e-mail address, a normalised form of it, a salted hash of your computer and the trial start date, on a server in Paris, to allow one trial per person and computer.
  • Licence keys are stored hashed; the clear key exists only in your e-mail and your app.
  • Requests for erasure or export: write to contact@vult1.com. A documented procedure and retention periods are part of the policy in preparation.
  • The waiting list (“Tell me when”) stores your e-mail address and, if you give them, your profession, country and seat count, with the time and version of your consent, on our server in Paris. Nothing is sent before you confirm by the link in the first e-mail. Unconfirmed addresses are deleted after 14 days; confirmed ones when you unsubscribe (a link in every e-mail), or 24 months after our last message.
  • Mails are sent through Scaleway Transactional Email (France), from licences@vult1.com.
