Identity data blacked out, long deeds summed up, nothing sent anywhere.
Clerks prepare the file on their own computers with staff seats; the notary asks, checks and signs off on a full seat. The office network is the perimeter. Nothing is sent to a federation, a cloud or a vendor.
The worry: Identity data leaking from a copy, and a tool the clerks cannot use. Names, birth dates, addresses and account numbers are shown one by one for a decision, the new PDF is read again to prove the text is gone, and the whole flow runs on the office network.

Identity documents and a draft deed arrive
The clerk drops them on the matter. Scans become searchable text on the computer (about 1 % of characters wrong in our tests).
Copies for the parties
The clerk blacks out what must not travel, item by item, and the verified PDF goes out.
A 60-page prior deed
The notary asks “which easements are mentioned?” and gets the clauses with their page numbers, in French or Dutch.
A foreign buyer
The summary of the deed is translated into English or German for the client to read before the appointment.

Notary-specific acts and templates are planned for a later phase. Luxembourgish is not supported. Speed on office PCs without a graphics chip has not been measured.
